5. Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mardo-atelier.com and include your order number.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may still be able to return the item under our Returns & Refunds Policy after delivery.

6. Taxes and Duties

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

  • You are solely responsible for paying any applicable duties or import charges.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as bank fees or currency conversion differences, caused by delays or errors from banks or payment processors.
